Last updated: June 14, 2026 · Effective immediately upon use

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using Justice for One Justice for All in any way — including reading, posting, subscribing, or submitting information — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using this site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Justice for One Justice for All ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing to, or otherwise using this website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Section 230 — User-Generated Content Immunity

Justice for One Justice for All is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Under this federal law:

  • Justice for One Justice for All is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by third-party users on the Bulletin Board, Live Chat, or any other interactive feature of this platform.
  • We shall not be held liable for any user-generated content posted by third parties, including but not limited to statements, opinions, claims, allegations, or any other communications made by users.
  • All content posted by users on community features represents the personal opinions and statements of those individual users only and does not represent the views, positions, or editorial stance of Justice for One Justice for All.
  • User-generated content is provided "as is" and constitutes hearsay, opinion, and personal expression. Justice for One Justice for All makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any user-submitted content.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the protections afforded to us under Section 230 or any other applicable law providing immunity to interactive computer services.

3. User Content — Your Responsibilities

You, as the author of any content you post, are solely and exclusively responsible for that content and its consequences. By posting content on this platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
  • Your content does not violate any applicable law, including defamation, harassment, privacy, or intellectual property laws
  • Your content does not constitute a threat, incitement to violence, or illegal activity
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • You will not post spam, malware, or commercially deceptive content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Justice for One Justice for All, its operators, editors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any content you submit, post, or transmit.

We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to monitor, edit, or remove any user content at our sole discretion, without notice, and for any reason. Exercise of this right does not create any liability on our part for content we do not remove.

4. Editorial Content — Hearsay and Opinion Disclaimer

Justice for One Justice for All publishes investigative journalism, opinion, commentary, and community-sourced reporting. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Investigative reports are based on information gathered from sources, documents, and public records. We make reasonable efforts to verify information but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
  • Whistleblower submissions are unverified third-party accounts. Publication of information derived from such submissions does not constitute a finding of fact, guilt, or wrongdoing by any named individual or entity.
  • Accountability Watch entries reflect documented allegations, public records, and reported information. They are not legal findings. All persons and entities are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law.
  • All content on this platform, including editorial content, is provided for informational and journalistic purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

Individuals named in our reporting have the right to submit a written response for consideration of publication. Contact us through the Bulletin Board to submit a response.

6. Corrections and Retractions Policy

Justice for One Justice for All is committed to accuracy and accountability in our journalism. We maintain a formal corrections process:

  • Correction requests: Any individual, organization, or entity that believes factual information published in our editorial content is inaccurate may submit a written correction request. Requests must identify the specific claim, provide supporting evidence, and include contact information.
  • Review process: We will review all correction requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. If a factual error is confirmed, we will publish a correction notice on the original article.
  • Right of response: Individuals named in accountability reporting may submit a written response for consideration of publication alongside the original report. Responses must be factual, non-defamatory, and relevant to the reported matter.
  • Retractions: In cases of significant factual error that materially misrepresents a person or entity, we will publish a retraction notice. Retractions are reserved for serious errors and are not issued for differences of opinion or interpretation.
  • User-generated content: Corrections to user-generated content on the Bulletin Board or Live Chat are the responsibility of the original poster. We may remove or label content found to be demonstrably false, but we are not obligated to do so under Section 230.

To submit a correction request or right-of-response, contact us through the Bulletin Board with the subject line "CORRECTION REQUEST." We take accuracy seriously and will engage in good faith with all substantiated requests.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to subscribers
  • Subscription access is personal and non-transferable

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THIS PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Age Requirement

This platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We collect a timestamped acknowledgment of this representation at the time of account creation. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data promptly.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Justice for One Justice for All operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
